The Employee of the month program is in its fourth month now and it has been as exciting as before, if not more. Every subsequent month comes up with some new challenges but, as Esberians we rise to the occasion, time and time again and come up trumps! The ever-smiling Rajan was chosen as the Employee of the Month, January. He was instrumental in delivering critical flex applications for one of our clients. His contribution is even more special because he now took over the mantle of a team lead in the flex team.
One of the few characteristics of this champ is that he keeps his cool even in trying situations, works efficiently keeping the timelines in mind and has been a very good team player when it comes to resolving doubts of his peers or cheering them up.
It has been a good start to the New Year. Keep this momentum going, because we have a lot to achieve this year. Out-do yourself!
